Service description

The Right Move provides two services: (1) an automated Move Brief, generated using AI based on information you provide, delivered for a one-time fee of 150€; and (2) personal consultation services, scope and pricing determined privately, starting at 500€.

Nature of advice

The Move Brief is generated using artificial intelligence based solely on the information you provide. It is general strategic guidance, not legal advice, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified lawyer where legal exposure is involved. We make no guarantee of outcome. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Payment

Move Briefs are paid in full before generation via Stripe. Due to the instant, personalized nature of the service, Move Brief purchases are non-refundable once the brief has been generated and delivered. If payment succeeds but no brief is generated due to a technical error, contact gillsdigitalstudio@gmail.com for resolution.

Consultation engagements

Personal consultation pricing and terms are agreed individually before work begins, and are not covered by these general terms.

Accuracy of information provided

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit. The quality and relevance of the move brief depends directly on the information provided.

Limitation of liability

The Right Move and its operator are not liable for outcomes resulting from the use or non-use of guidance provided through the Move Brief tool or consultation services. The service is provided in good faith as strategic guidance, not as a guarantee of any particular result.

Confidentiality

We treat all client situations as confidential and will not disclose them without permission, except where required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia.
