Who we are

When you use the Move Brief tool or contact form, we collect your email address, the details you provide about your situation, and payment confirmation from Stripe. We do not store your card details — these are processed entirely by Stripe.
Why we collect it
We use this information to generate your move brief, deliver it to your email, process your payment, and respond if you request a consultation. We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose beyond delivering the service you requested.
How long we keep it
Your situation details and generated brief are deleted from our systems once the brief has been delivered to your email. We do not retain a long-term record of your submission content. Payment records are retained by Stripe in accordance with their own retention policies.
Who we share it with
Your situation details are processed by Anthropic (our AI provider) solely to generate your brief. Payment is processed by Stripe. Email delivery is handled by Resend. We do not sell or share your information with any other third party.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact gillsdigitalstudio@gmail.com for any such request.
Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security — if your situation is exceptionally sensitive, consider requesting a direct consultation instead of using the automated tool.
A note on confidentiality
Situations described to The Right Move are treated as confidential. We do not publish, reference, or discuss client situations, even anonymized, without explicit permission.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date above.
